Our China Rose is a special type of radish with not one but two colours: green and pink. The striking microgreen has an intense and spicy flavour with an unique shape and a firm structure.
Chefs like to use our China Rose mainly for pre- or main-courses, as the taste goes well with vegetables, meat, fish and so forth. In the dish below, Restaurant C combined sea bream with a salad of couscous with sofrito, aioli and a sauce made with a bisque and oil made out of fresh herbs, topped with fresh flowers, tasty basils and last but not least our China Rose.
