Our assortment includes over fifty varieties of microleaves and flowers, as well as fresh seaweed and a variety of salty greens. We harvest our orders on the day of delivery because we want to deliver everything as fresh as possible. As a result, the products have a longer shelf life, retaining the beautiful taste and structure that you would expect. They can be used immediately because we do not use soil or pesticides.
